MY PROCESS

"My process" is constantly adapting and evolving. Its definition is heavily dependant on the variables at play in a project. Be it project management methodologies, size of a team, type of individuals involved, or even technical constraints, a large portion of "my process" is simply the process of adaptation.

My process is not necessarily linear, in that I often find myself combining practices from different stages. For example, I find a lot of value in user testing throughout the entire design process.

However, for this explanation, I'll explain my process in a linear fashion.

TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Declare the platforms you will target. Find out what development platforms are most suited to the solution. Establish the design and development constraints. Begin outlining vague timelines.
MVP SCOPE
With all of the previously mentioned gathered information, establish an understanding of what would be required to create a MINIMALLY viable product that solves the PROBLEM.
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
Take a look att the market. Take note of what has worked well, what has failed, find out why, and create a feature matrix.
